Keratosis

Keratosis Pilaris has an appearance of rough, slightly red bumps on the skin. It typically occurs on the outer sides and back of the arms as well on thighs, or legs.

Laser hair removal has been used in keratosis pilaris to decrease hair growth in affected areas. LHR may help decrease the portion of bumps caused by small ingrown, curled hairs. There are no studies indicating a cure for Keratosis.
